Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please note that a 6% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining amount will be refunded through your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be accepted after the 24-hour period, as orders are processed and prepared for production.

Exchange & Refund Guidelines

At Dua Fatima, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every product before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit, provided that:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
• You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The issue is verified by our customer support team.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

International Orders

For international orders delivered within Pakistan through a local recipient, it is the recipient's responsibility to inspect the parcel upon delivery and report any issue within 48 hours. After this period, no exchange, refund, or claim will be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund

The following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or personalized products
• Ready-to-ship clearance items
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Additional Information

• Exchanges are only applicable for products received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.
• Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
• Dua Fatima is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other events beyond our control.
